1. Cancellation of Orders
- You can cancel orders within 1 hour of placement, before processing begins.
- To cancel, contact us at support@tajwholesale.in or call us.
2. Returns & Refunds
- Damaged/Defective Goods: Report within 7 days of delivery with evidence. We’ll arrange pickup and issue full refund or replacement.
- Incorrect Delivery: Notify within 5 days. We’ll correct at no cost.
- Other Returns: Wholesale nature excludes returns for change of mind or preference.
- Refund Process: Refunds processed within 7–14 business days via original payment method.
